candle holder
The concept was to create a fully modular aluminium candle holder, inspired by the classic candle holder archetype, consisting of four elements: two discs of different sizes, a stem and the candle holder piece on top. To create a clean and unified connection between the components, each element is pierced by a threaded rod inserted from below and secured with an integrated thread in the top piece. This solution made it possible to secure all elements without visible connections regardless of the direction they are facing. The result is a candle holder that can be arranged in almost endless configurations, depending on the user’s liking. The threaded rod, aluminium tube and the M4 nut can also be purchased in any hardware store, expanding the customization of the candle holder by cutting them to the desired length. This project is still a work in progress and I am currently working on a version with the process of aluminium spinning instead of CNC-milled aluminium.
